Clearer, more useful reports across the platform
Every exportable XLSX report in the data room – Engagement Matrix, Documents Overview, Permissions Log, Permissions report, and Activity Log – now follows a consistent, restructured template. Each report includes a “Guide & metadata” sheet explaining what it contains and how to use it, alongside the main data sheet.
Also all reports now show files and folders the same way, so you always know where to find what you need, no matter which report you’re in. And your data behaves as expected: dates sort as dates, numbers add up as numbers – letting you jump straight into pivots and filters instead of fixing formatting first.
Scoped access for Staging Hub collaborators
Administrators can now invite participants to Staging Hubs as either an Administrator, with full project access, or a User, scoped to only the folders the administrator specifies. Within their assigned folders, Users still get full permissions, so the scoped role doesn’t get in the way of the work itself, only the visibility.
