Prudentia operates within the existing security perimeter of the Ideals data room. Data is ingested securely, within existing permissions, in a single-tenant deployment, and is never used to train external AI models. Every action is auditable, and every finding cites its source document. 

The same security guarantees that have earned Ideals the highest scores on UpGuard and Security Scorecard now extend to the diligence work itself.
