Yes. Our feature uses bank-level data security and complies with global regulations such as eIDAS (EU), ESIGN, and UETA (USA). Each signature is tamper-evident and fully audit-trailed to protect your agreements.
Only administrators can request signatures; only assigned signers can view and sign those documents. All participants must be active members of the data room.
Supported formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, and TXT files. All documents are automatically converted to PDF before signing.
Assigned signers are notified by email and in their Signatures page. They simply open the link, draw their signature, and submit – all within the VDR.
