Product updates: troubleshooting made easy – plus Q&A and 2FA improvements

Troubleshooting: diagnose issues instantly
The new Troubleshooting tab in your project’s Help Center helps you identify and resolve issues in seconds.
You can now run a quick diagnostic to spot anything that might be slowing you down. It checks your connection, network stability, and file download performance across formats like PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and ZIP.

If everything’s working smoothly, you’ll get instant confirmation that your setup is in good shape. If not, the tool highlights the problem and gives you practical next steps.
It’s all about reducing downtime, cutting out back-and-forths, and helping you (and your IT team) keep projects running without interruption.
Q&A tab: more clarity, better tracking
We’ve redesigned the Q&A section of the Project dashboard to make progress tracking clearer and more consistent.
The table now shows how questions are moving through each stage – from submission to closure – across all teams or categories. Each stage now displays both the absolute number and the percentage of total questions per team. There’s also a Total column for a complete overview.

Additional improvements include:
- Last session line under each team name, showing recent activity
- Deleted teams shown in gray for full context
- Sortable columns so you can quickly reorganize data
- Updated export, now including two worksheets: Q&A summary (teams) and Q&A summary (categories)
- Additional view option mean admins can toggle between Q&A teams and Q&A categories directly
Self-reset for 2FA: regain access, instantly
Previously, users had to contact Support to restore access. Now, you can reset your two-factor authentication yourself in just a few steps. On the Try another way screen, select Reset 2-step verification to receive a secure reset link by email. Follow it, re-enable your preferred 2FA method, and you’re back in. The link stays active for 30 minutes, and you can request a new one anytime. Faster recovery, less downtime, same security.
