New roles for Corporate account

We’re excited to introduce enhanced permissions for your account, offering you greater control and authority over your projects and account management. Here’s what you need to know about our new Corporate account roles and permissions:

• Owner: A user with full authority within the Corporate account, responsible for managing users and projects. They can invite full administrators to any active data room in their account.
• Manager with advanced authority: Existing role now with added permissions. Owners can authorize certain Managers to invite project administrators and manage support access to active projects.
• Project coordinator: Existing role without access to the Corporate account, but with ability to create new projects linked to the account.

Additionally, Owners have the flexibility to transfer their ownership to any authorized user. With these enhanced permissions, you can now navigate and oversee your account with even greater precision, efficiency, and autonomy.

New file storage enabled for new projects

In our ongoing efforts to make our product faster and more robust, we have optimized our file storage. This upgrade improves upload/download speeds, though it’s currently applicable only to newly created projects.

Additionally, we added XML to PDF conversion capabilities, seamlessly expanding our conversion toolkit. These enhancements reflect our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions.

Streamlined USB archive ordering

We optimized our USB archive order process for project administrators. Encrypted physical USB archives can be ordered with customizable contents, efficiently delivered to specified recipients. Administrators can:

• Easily create archives using predefined options
• Preview documents available to a selected group
• Add specific folders, customizing orders exactly as needed
• Save time with autosuggestions for project participants
• Stay in control with estimated delivery dates and tracking links within the archive list

Furthermore, all paid subscription plans include access to this option, ensuring comprehensive availability for all.
