Introducing the Ideals API
Our new Enterprise API helps you connect your VDR projects with the tools your teams already use – from CRMs and document management systems to internal dashboards and security platforms.
Available as an add-on for Enterprise clients, the API is built for security, scalability, and control. It lets you:
- Automate activity logging – feed VDR usage into your CRM to track client engagement
- Enhance security – push user actions into your SIEM tool for live monitoring
- Manage users at scale – invite users, manage groups, and control access programmatically
- Embed project links – give users one-click access to VDR content from internal portals
- Launch new projects – trigger project setup automatically via tools like ticketing systems or CRMs

More improvements across the platform
We’ve introduced a number of enhancements across the product to help you work faster and with more control.
Autocomplete for invites
Now when inviting users to a project, admins will see autocomplete suggestions based on their email history – making it faster to re-invite trusted collaborators.
Simpler Q&A notifications
You can now bulk change Q&A notifications for all project participants.
Cleaner file actions
We’ve reorganised the context menu for files and folders to make key actions easier to find.
