The global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle has announced the acquisition of AVM Partners, one of the leading Istanbul-based retail management and leasing enterprises.
Founded in 2006, AVM Partners is the leading Turkish real estate management company specializing in commercial properties. Its property portfolio consists of more than 51 properties containing approximately 1.6 million rentable square meters located in Turkey, Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and the Turkish Republics.
Jones Lang LaSalle is a professional services and investment management. It is a “Fortune 500” company with annual fee revenue of $4.7 billion and gross revenue of $5.4 billion. JLL operates in 80 countries and has $56 billion of real estate assets under management.
This strategic acquisition creates the strong market leader for retail real estate services across Turkey, one of the world’s most dynamic growth markets for retailers and investors.
The deal was signed and closed on July 27, 2015. The financial details of the transaction were not published.
