With our recent improvements to the Projects view for Business and Enterprise clients, managing multiple projects has never been easier.

For Business plan, you can now:

• Track your projects in one place with new project properties, including: storage consumption, latest activity, server location, and closure date
• Find the project you need with our search, filters, and result-sorting features

For Enterprise plan, you can now:

• Customize your projects table with what’s valuable to you 
• Check progress at a glance with even more project properties available, including number of admins, number of users, last user sign-in, last admin sign-in, and recycle bin data
• Find the project you need with our search, filters, and result-sorting features
• Export your project list into an Excel file

Make your billing simple

Keeping track of billing has never been easier. Corporate account administrators can now see not only the last signed contract with iDeals, but their previous contracts with the invoices as well. Admins can now download all invoices from the contract in one click.

Mobile-friendly user interface

Need to check your corporate account on the go? No problem. All new corporate account pages are adapted to mobile browsers and provide full capabilities on mobile devices.

Improved security with code by email

Our brand-new code by email improves security by removing the need for standard passwords that can be easily guessed, stolen, or cracked. Because code by email eliminates this vulnerability, it makes it much harder for unauthorized users to gain access to an account.

In addition, code by email is more convenient as users say goodbye to remembering complex passwords or the hassle of resetting them if they forget. Instead, our users can simply use their code.

Code by email offers a more secure and user-friendly authentication process, making it a helpful tool for our clients looking to improve their security and user experience.

Enhanced watermarks

We have reinvented our watermarks. They are now much more secure and faster to apply which means less waiting time when downloading files.

In addition to this, clients now have greater control over their watermark settings including content, color, opacity, and position. Administrators can find a watermark prominence that works best for them to ensure their documents are personalized, secure, and fully readable.

Updated settings with additional security options

Our new Security module within room Settings allows administrators to enforce 2FA sign in. Plus they can restrict room access to specific domains or even IP addresses.

And with our improved General Settings, administrators can now change a data room’s URL, see their data room’s server location, and copy a link to the data room.
